Email feedback [at] lirivo [dot] app with your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened. Feedback helps improve Lirivo, but we may not be able to respond individually to every message.
Do not include provider secrets, API keys, private documents, or generated audio unless we explicitly agree on a safe diagnostic sample.
Can I use Lirivo without cloud credentials?
Yes. Use the built-in iPhone voice provider to listen without configuring a cloud text-to-speech provider.
Why would I add cloud credentials?
Optional cloud providers can offer more natural voice options and enable generated audio files for offline listening. Google Cloud can also unlock prompted Gemini voices for direct playback experiments, such as calmer delivery, clearer technical terms, or translating first and listening to the translation.
If you want to use Microsoft Azure, start with the Azure setup guide.
Does Lirivo sell cloud voice credits?
No. Lirivo does not resell cloud voices or provide a separate cloud voice plan. If you use cloud voices, provider pricing, quotas, and free tiers are handled by your provider account.
Where are provider credentials stored?
Credentials are stored locally using iOS Keychain. Do not share provider credentials with anyone you do not trust.
Can I import files from other apps?
Yes. Lirivo supports importing or sharing supported text, Markdown, PDF, and common audio files.
Is Lirivo useful for accessibility or reading support?
Lirivo is designed for clear iPhone navigation, system media controls, Dynamic Type, and VoiceOver-aware workflows. Feedback from people who rely on these workflows is especially useful.
